Women’s ADHD, Anxiety & Perimenopause/Menopause Course

This specialist course is designed for women experiencing ADHD traits, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, hormonal changes, or perimenopause/menopause symptoms. The programme blends emotional regulation tools with executive functioning strategies, nervous system education, and STILL Method skills.
Sessions cover identity, fatigue, burnout, masking, overwhelm, organisation challenges, and managing fluctuating hormones. This is a supportive, empowering space for women to understand themselves and build practical tools that actually work.
