Therapeutic Art for Emotional Regulation

Available Formats
  • 6-week group programme
  • one-to-one

This therapeutic art programme helps participants express emotions safely and creatively. Using trauma-informed art techniques, individuals explore feelings they may find hard to verbalise, while learning grounding and emotional regulation strategies through creative expression.

It is suitable for children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, grief, overwhelm, identity challenges, or sensory needs. No artistic ability is required — the focus is on expression, safety, and healing.
