This programme helps parents understand the neuroscience behind their child’s anxiety and teaches practical tools for responding without escalating stress. Each session includes scripts, routines, and strategies for mornings, school refusal, meltdowns, shutdowns, emotional outbursts, and bedtime anxiety.
Parents learn how to create emotional safety, reduce over-accommodation patterns, and build long-term resilience together with their child at home.
