This early-years programme supports younger children to understand and manage big feelings through gentle, play-based emotional regulation work. Using the STILL Method, sessions build emotional safety through storytelling, sensory activities, simple grounding tools, and imaginative exercises designed for younger attention spans.
Parents receive weekly guidance so they can reinforce calm routines at home, support transitions, and understand early signs of anxiety before they escalate. Ideal for children experiencing clinginess, separation anxiety, bedtime worries, or school-start transitions.
