Child Anxiety Coaching - Ages 7-11

This programme helps children understand anxiety, recognise body cues, and develop tools they can use independently. Each week focuses on a core STILL skill — managing worries, dealing with school pressures, friendship challenges, perfectionism, sensory overwhelm, and confidence building.

Parents receive a weekly takeaway sheet to support consistency at home. Optional school liaison is offered to align strategies with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
