A trauma-informed programme supporting teens dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, panic patterns, school avoidance, social anxiety, masking, intrusive thoughts, or emotional shutdowns. Sessions help young people identify triggers, understand how their brain responds to stress, and build personalised coping strategies they can apply in real-life situations.

This programme is particularly effective for neurodivergent young people and those struggling with school attendance. Parents and schools can be included to create a wraparound support plan.
