About Us
A safe space to start feeling better.
Big emotions can feel scary - for children and for parents.
We provide calming, practical support using the STILL Method - a trauma-informed approach that helps children feel safe, understood, and in control of their emotions.
From 1:1 sessions to group coaching and downloadable tools, Tiny Tools for Big Feelings is here to help.
What is the STILL method?
Through the STILL Method, we create a safe, trusted space where you can slow down, listen to what’s really going on inside, and start to let go of what no longer serves you. Whether you're looking for change or just some peace, it's always the right time to begin.

We accept all circumstances.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. If something doesn’t feel right, if you're carrying a weight you can’t name, or simply want to feel more calm, clear, and connected - that’s enough.
